Your GDPR rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights over your personal data. This page lets you download (access/portability) or delete (erasure) data linked to a passenger + pet booking.
- Access (Art. 15): receive a copy of your data
- Portability (Art. 20): receive data in JSON format
- Erasure (Art. 17): delete booking and uploaded documents
- Rectification (Art. 16): contact us before travel if details are wrong

Enter your booking reference and the passenger email used at booking. We verify both before releasing or deleting data.
