These Terms govern your use of the Pet Jet Travel website for searching pet-eligible flights and completing passenger + pet bookings.
1. Service description
Pet Jet Travel helps you find flights where your pet may travel in cabin (PETC) or hold (AVIH). Eligibility shown is based on airline policy data and is indicative — always confirm final acceptance with the airline before travel. Flight availability and pricing are shown based on connected airline and aggregator systems; if live inventory is temporarily unavailable for a route, we will inform you clearly before you are asked to pay.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate passenger and pet information
- Meet airline, IATA, and destination pet import rules
- Hold valid travel documents and vaccinations
- Accept fare and refund rules shown at booking
3. Privacy
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You must accept it before submitting a booking.
4. Travel insolvency guarantee
Where we organise or sell package travel or linked travel services, travellers are protected by our insolvency guarantee. Full details (insurer, policy number, and coverage) are published at Travel guarantee.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pet Jet Travel is not liable for airline refusal of pet carriage, schedule changes, or technical or system errors beyond our reasonable control. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights under EU law.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain / the EU. Disputes may be brought in the courts of your place of residence if you are a consumer in the EEA.
