Pet Jet Travel S.L. is a Spanish limited company (sociedad limitada) operating a travel agency from Catalonia. Payments are processed by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not store full card numbers.
Governing law: Spain and applicable EU law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ePrivacy rules for cookies, and package travel / linked travel arrangements (Directive (EU) 2015/2302 and the Catalan Consumer Code).

Pet travel — what we can and cannot guarantee
- Search shows pet eligibility (cabin / hold) from published airline rules before payment.
- Final acceptance of the pet remains with the operating airline and destination authorities. Eligibility on this site is indicative, not a substitute for the airline contract of carriage.
- You are responsible for valid passenger documents, pet passport / vaccinations, and crate size within the airline’s published limits.
