In case of insolvency, travellers are protected by a financial guarantee as required under Catalan and EU law (Articles 252-10 to 252-12 of Law 22/2010 of 20 July (Catalan Consumer Code) and Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on package travel and linked travel arrangements.).
